Well I haven’t fallen but my computer has. Yesterday my two month old computer started acting up. It was a bad day all around. The computer kept crashing and I got the blue screen of death stating “Commencing memory dump in …….. seconds”. Restarting in safe mode and running all kinds of anti virus software did no good. After it crashed for the fifth time I broke down and took it to get looked at. The tech tells me it might be a hardware or maybe a software problem. Now obviously I am not a computer tech but I figured out that much. I am being told if it is a hardware problem it might take 2-3 weeks so it can be sent back to the manufacturer and repaired. I am operating off of my old netbook which is tedious since this thing is slow.
On top of the computer crashing my old companion of 12 years Bo, a lab mix, had to be put down yesterday. Poor old guy had heart worms and I have been giving him medicine for about 6 months for it. He was doing pretty good until 3-4 days ago and things went down hill quick. Yesterday it got so bad he couldn’t walk and was having difficulty breathing. Instead of letting him linger on and suffer I put him down. He was a good dog and I will miss him.
Hopefully I will get the computer thing sorted out soon and get back to posting.
